We are seeking a motivated Agency Manager to provide leadership within the office and oversee business development, customer engagement, and operational processes. The role contributes to office performance goals and supports long-term customer relationships.
Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day Agency Sales. Retention, and Service Operations within the agency office to achieve Agency Metrics
- Support team members through coaching and training to consistently achieve monthly production goals
- Contribute to marketing initiatives and outreach within the community.
- Track and analyze business metrics for accountability to support agency growth goals.
- Ensure compliance with established processes, policies and procedures.
Must Have Qualifications
- Demonstrated leadership or supervisory experience.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
- Prior insurance, business, or Client Relations experience preferred.
- Must HAVE or Able to OBTAIN Property and Casualty Producer and Life and Health Producer Insurance Licenses
